Questions
Do my members need an account?
No. They join from your link, fill in their details and sign your waiver without making a login.
Can I bring the members I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV export of your spreadsheet, up to 5,000 rows at a time. You match its columns, fix or skip any row with a problem, and nothing is added until you say so.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Pro, for a second location or more than 50 members, is coming soon.
Who can see my members' details?
Only the admins you invite. You can erase a member's personal details whenever they ask.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted; you just can't add more for now. Pro, with higher limits, is coming soon.
When am I billed?
The Free plan is never billed. Pro is coming soon. When it’s here, it’s billed on the 1st of each month, and your first month is charged for the days left in it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Pro is coming soon. When it’s here, it runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then you’re on Free, and you can cancel anytime.
What if a payment fails?
Pro is coming soon. When it’s here, we’ll try again over the next two weeks, and you can update your card in that time to stay on Pro.
